ABC Collagen Ice cubes for Glowing Skin

Collagen ice cubes help your skin stay firm and tight. It gives your skin a plump,hydrated and  dewy look. Regular application can help reduce dark spots, dullness, and uneven texture, giving you that fresh, glowy skin.

Glowing Skin Facial Collagen Ice Cubes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 small beetroot
  • 1 small carrot
  • 2 tbsp rose water
  • 1 tbsp aloe vera gel
  • 1 tsp fuller’s earth powder (Multani mitti)
  • 4–5 drops vitamin E oil (or 1 capsule)

Instructions:

  1. Peel & Chop
    Peel the beetroot and carrot, chop them into small pieces.
  2. Blend
    Blend them together with a splash of water to form a smooth puree.
  3. Strain (Optional)
    If you want a smoother texture (for easy gliding), strain the juice using a fine mesh or cloth. Keep the juice or use the whole puree for a more textured cube.
  4. Mix
    In a bowl, combine: Beetroot-carrot juice or puree, Rose water, Aloe vera gel, Fuller’s earth powder and Vitamin E oil
  5. Blend Well
    Mix everything until it becomes a smooth liquid or thick slurry.
  6. Pour & Freeze
    Pour the beetroot carrot mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.

    How to Use:

    • Take 1 cube and gently rub on your face for 2–3 minutes.
    • Let the skin absorb the residue for 10–15 minutes.
    • Rinse with cool water and follow with your moisturizer.
    • Use 3–4 times a week.
