You will need:

  • Neem Leaves powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Dry Rose petals powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Aloe vera Gel – 4 tablespoons
  • Liquid castile soap – 2 tablespoons
  • Rose Water – 6 tablespoons
  • Jojoba oil – 1 teaspoon (any carrier oil of your choice)
  • Few drops of Peppermint Essential oil

How to prepare:

  • In a well-sterilized glass mixing bowl, add neem leaves powder & dry rose petals powder (both should be super fine), aloe vera gel, liquid castile soap, and rose water.

  • Now add your carrier oil (I have taken jojoba oil), few drops of peppermint oil, and stir well.
  • Blend the mixture for 3-4 minutes (so that oil and water mix properly).
  • The consistency of this face wash will be more like liquidy as opposed to market-based face washes.
  • To increase the thickness, add any gel-based emulsifier to this face wash.

How to store:

  • Pour the neem mixture in an empty bottle with a pump dispenser using a funnel.
  • In the end, label the neem face wash bottle with the date and ingredients. Use neem face wash within 2 months of preparation.
