My Experience with Suncros Matte Finish Soft SPF 50+ PA+++ Sunscreen:
The sunscreen comes in a regular white opaque plastic tube with colored inscriptions on it. Everything is mentioned on the tube, right from application and ingredients to date of manufacture and expiry. It has a screw type sturdy cap over it that closes securely. Hence you don’t have to worry about the sunscreen spilling out. Since it’s just 50 g, the tube is medium size and can be easily carried around in the purse. That makes this sunscreen travel friendly.
The sunscreen has somewhat pale lemon color. It has a mousse like creamy texture, not too thick, has a little velvet soft feel and is lightweight. It has a little medicinal fragrance which will vanish after few seconds. The application is very easy as the sunscreen spreads easily giving you a slight matte finish look. It does not leave a white cast and is non greasy which is apt for oily skin.
After taking shower i immediately apply a moisturizer on my face. (I strongly suggest you use moisturizer before applying anything on your face.) Later, i apply this sunscreen generously on my face, neck and all other exposed body parts 20 minutes before going out. Since the sunscreen feels very light on your skin and gets absorbed easily, don’t over use it and apply just one coat. As the name suggests, it mattifies and gives your skin a very smooth look. I don’t wear makeup on daily basis, but when i do, i blend the sunscreen with my bb cream and use. The water-resistant formula makes this product pro for sweaty and oily skin. Though it claims that it cant last for up to 8 hours, you can re apply it if you feel the need, but after washing your face.
Here is my one day timeline of how this product worked on my skin:
Immediately after application: It gives a perfect matte finish look to my skin and feels very comfortable. At this point, there is absolutely no need to wear any makeup as the sunscreen itself works like one.
After 2 hours: The matte finish look seems to be still intact and my face does not feel oily or greasy.
4 hours: My face is still not oily, but the matte finish look seems to be fading.
6 hours: Now my face has started to look little shiny, not too much, maybe that’s because i have oily skin.
8 hours: At this point, though i looked little tired and need to wash my face, but the sunscreen was still light and there was no sign of product build up or greasiness on my skin.
So that was my experience with Suncros Matte Finish Soft SPF 50+ Sunscreen . I use this sunscreen daily and it works great for my oily skin. It is also good for acne prone skin as it does not clog pores and is harmless.
Final thought: I’d seriously recommend Suncros Matte Finish Soft SPF 50+ Sunscreen for daily use as it does a good job of protecting your skin from harmful UVA/UVB rays. It is best suitable for oily skin especially if you are travelling or living in a humid region.
