Benefits of Turmeric Ice Cubes

  • An ice (filled with the goodness of turmeric) massage on the face can give you glowing skin. It improves blood circulation on your face and makes it radiant and bright.
  • Pestering and stubborn acne can take a back seat when you use an ice cube on your face. They help minimize oil production on your skin and work well in curing the bumps and swelling caused by pimples or acne.
  • Your face skin has pores and if dirt gets accumulated in the pores, it causes breakouts. Rubbing a turmeric ice cube on your face helps shrink the pores and keeps your face clean.
  • Applying turmeric and coconut milk ice cube on the face helps in controlling wrinkles, fine lines, crow’s feet, and other signs of aging.

  • Oily skin attracts dirt and impurities which lead to clogged pores. Using ice cubes on your face can help in reducing excess oil production.

Would love to try it but what can be the substitute for Multani mitti (Fuller’s earth clay as I don’t have it available. Can I just do the recipe without it? Will it give the same result?
