How to make and Use :

Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a cup of water and bring it to boil. Let the water take up all the goodness of cinnamon for about 5 minutes. Turn off the flame. Let it cool down for sometime. Strain the water and add 1 teaspoon of Honey + 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Stir well and drink.
