With that, listed below are some DIY remedies for every eye care issue along with dermatologists’ suggested products.

1. Dark Circles / Black Eye

Home Remedy

  • Take a potato and cut it into slices, keep a thick slice of potato in a freezer.
  • Place a cold potato slice on your eyes for 10 minutes. This method will help relax tired eyes while working on correcting pigmentation around your eyes.
  • Repeat this daily for maximum results.

Dermatologist Suggestion

Eyecojic under-eye gel.

  • This gel has mainly Kojic acid and Vitamin E, both of which work on dark pigmentation around the eyes, reducing dark circles.

2. Puffy Eyes

Home Remedy

  • Dip 2 spoons in cold water and place these spoons below your eyes for a few seconds.
  • After a few seconds, again dip the spoons in cold water and repeat the process. Do it 5 more times to reduce the puffiness.

  •  Try to limit your sun exposure as much as possible and wear sunglasses daily.
